Identify
During this stage MAWARED try to identify the strategy and planned results for the project. Therefore we first try to gain a deep understanding of the client's business objectives, requirement and environment. We conduct necessary interviews and analysis to understand the clients business strategy, organizational structure, current technological infrastructure, discuss details of critical success factors and try to prioritize the stages of the project in light of the investment criteria.
